I like using box mixes(cake, muffin and brownie). Instead of using water I use coffee. YUMMY!
I am going to experiment with coffee in pancakes next. LOL
Here are two ideas.
1. improve your desert selection tarts, cakes, custards and sweets that truely compliment coffee. Your current selections are rather bland. You need to go a little more upscale.
2. Showcase a desert of the day that compliments the coffee of the day. Wineries and breweries always suggest certain foods that compliment particular wines and beers (reds with meats, whites with fish, etc.). Why not do it with coffee. Maybe darker coffees for chocolate deserts and lighter coffees for cookies? At the very least maybe come out with a small book that outlines coffees to foods, deserts, etc. It would make a great gift or "Coffee Table" book! No pun intended.
