Hi everyone. This is Brad Stevens again. My team and I are responsible for Starbucks relationship with our customers. One of my favorite projects is the Starbucks Card Rewards program that is officially 90 days old this week! Let me tell you the past three months have been quite a ride.
Since the program launched 90 days ago:
- More than 1.1 million people have saved by using their Starbucks Card and signing up for Rewards.
- We’ve given away nearly 500,000 free refills of brewed coffee.
- More than 3.2 million pumps of Vanilla have been added to drinks for free since April.
Through this site, our store partners (employees), and our customers, we get to hear what’s most important to you. This is invaluable feedback on the things we do… both for what’s working and what isn’t.
What we hear consistently is that you want Starbucks to find new ways to bring you everyday value, especially when money is tight. So we’ve been working to respond in ways that are relevant to all of our customers.
Our teams out in the field have come up with some simple and fun promotions that deliver value without compromising quality at your neighborhood Starbucks this summer. Let me tell you about some of the regional promotions taking place across the country beginning this week.
