Hi sbx_bean!! :-)

I'd like to see "I'll buy you a drink remotely" finally archived and placed under review. I think it's way over due for that.

Btw, the sell re-usable sleeves idea is definitely an interesting one.

I've seen a lot of posts about the speed of the V2V and MSI websites. Instead of spending a lot of money increasing network bandwidth in an effort to speed up website performance, like some people have suggested, why not make better use of the resources Starbucks already has in place?

Our company is a Microsoft Advanced Infrastructure partner, a Citrix Gold Partner, and a network system integrator here in the Seattle area. We have worked with Public and Private organizations such as Sound Transit, Children's Hosp. & Regional Medical Center, North West Hospital & Medical Center, Premera Blue Cross, Kemper Development, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, etc. to provide solutions that accelerate network performance while at the same time reducing costs and improving the security of Web-based software applications.

You can reach me by email at: randall.brailsford@esgroup.us if you have any questions or would like to get more information.

I go to Starbucks every morning. I wait patiently all year for the Gingerbread Latte. You cannot imagine my disappointment in this Gingersnap imposter. It's horrible. Please bring back the Gingerbread Latte. It's just not the holidays without it.

How about a banana split latte? I had one a few weeks ago at a different coffee shop and it was delicious! It had banana, mocha, and cherry syrups in it. YUM.

OATMEAL needs an upgrade.  Ok, I understand that you can't (perhaps) give us slow cooked steel cut oatmeal, but, you instant oatmeal is pretty grim.  I've tried it a few times but given up.  I LOVE OATMEAL.

Here is an idea:  Offer us the "one minute" oatmeal instead of instant.  When I have tried it at home, it is not as good as slow cooked but it is WAY better than instant.  It's  around halfway between instant and slow cooked in terms of quality.

Serving instant oatmeal is a bit of an embarrassment, frankly.  You can do better.

To all who want reusable sleeves, here's a thought: reuse your cardboard sleeve!

I have a small collection of sleeves, each with a different drink. All I need to do is ask the barista to pick a card, state a size, and I get surprised every time.

I've even kept my green Christmas 2007 sleeve with the markings for my Triple-Venti Peppermint Soy Caramel Drizzle Latte Macchiatto, and it's saved me time and heartache when ordering.

I LOVE the oatmeal and come to Starbucks just for that!  I can't believe how good it is without being homemade.

I really miss the tuna sandwiches and would love to see them return.  The bread was fabulous and the sandwich was delicious but healthy too!

I'm so disappointed with the new soy milk.  I haven't been to a Starbucks in over three weeks.  Would you please look into this and see what can be done about returning to the Silk Soy Milk that has been used in the past.   I am a customer who goes everyday (sometimes twice) to Starbucks.  Sure I'm saving a ton of money but my days were so much better with a Starbucks!

I agree the new soy milk is not as good as the Silk brand. Please bring it back.

I'd like to see the Blueberry Frapp come back that Starbucks had a couple of summers ago. It was really tasty and for those of us who don't drink coffee all that much, it is a nice refreshing drink for a summer afternoon.

How about some chocolate.  My absolute favorite thing to get if I decide to splurge at breakfast are chocolate muffins, chocolate chips scones, or chocolate pound cake.   The pumpkin loaf is pretty good, but its still not chocolate.

How about Glueteen Free! One out of 100 people have Celiac Disease! 90% of them Undiagnosed. That means there is a whole lot of people who can't safely have Glueten and that means the number will get LARGER. Be PROACTIVE and be aware of cross contamination. I like life on this side of the dirt!!!!!!!!!

I'd really love it if you guys made alternative sweeteners, such as the liquid agave sweeteners, available in your stores. They are much better tasting and a great healthy alternative to sugar, especially for diabetics. I use it all the time and it would be so much more convenient if it were available at the coffee bars. I have trouble with sugars and I am unable to use products such as Splenda but it's the only one you guys offer at this time.

I started to read the comment requesting sugar free soy, which is important to me. As I tried to comment and place a thumbs up, that was not possible unless I signed in. After signing in, however, the idea on which I was trying to comment was gone. I could not find it again, no matter how many links I clicked. Please add my vote for sugar free soy milk to the list of people who gave it a Thumbs Up!!

why not a starbucks rewards card? you accumulate points for every purchase you make and the points can be redeemed via any merchandise including beverage and pastries.

also, use reusable sleeves instead of paper or cardboard sleeves.
