Poll Results: Which STARBUCKS(RED) drink will get the most pledges?

Late last week I asked which of the (STARBUCKS)RED EXCLUSIVE beverages would get the most pledges on the (RED) Community website.

Voting was fast and furious. 

Here were the results:

  • 31%  Espresso Truffle
  • 19%  Gingersnap Latte
  • 50%  Peppermint Mocha Twist

So the Peppermint Mocha Twist is the expected winner.  Let's check in and see how things are actually going (as of 12/4/2008):

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wow, nice job.   The MSI community guesses were almost identical to the actual results.  Keep up-to-date on the pledge progress by drink by clicking the photo above.

So, I guess the MSI community is fairly representative of the general Starbucks community. I guess that's a good thing, as those of us who are here won't recommend things that will suddenly alienate the main Starbucks consumer base.

I like how the Espresso Truffle is a "new" drink when we you could have got it when SHC first came out. Also PMT vs. PM, the twists different is because of the peppermint whip cream and the toppings and it cost 5 or 10 cents more.

I LOVE the Espresso Truffle drink and wish it would become part of the regular menu. I cannot be alone in my appreciation of this drink because 3 times in the last week and a half they have been out of it during my daily visit. When I asked why I was told because it is so popular they can not keep it in stock.
