i like what we offer.  it's also good if you sprinkle some cinnamon dulce sprinkles on top instead of the brown sugar.

Call me a chocoholic, but I would love a little bag of chocolate chips to add to my oatmeal. They melt into a decadent treat that is still pretty healthy, and would pair wonderfully with a latte.

Chocolate sounds great.  Any other ideas out there?  What do others think of chocolate on oatmeal?

Do you really want to know sbx_bean?

Honestly I can't stand oatmeal. If I were to eat oatmeal, I would put some chocolate chips on to cover the oatmeal taste. Also, I am sure kids would like chocolate chips. So, I say add that as an option. Thanks.

Chocolate will always be my first love, but for a change of pace crystalized ginger would be fun. They'd also be great together.

One of my childhood favorites was rose petal jam. Rose petals would be a fun seasonal item for June. More childhood favorite toppings are Nutella, bananas and rhubarb jam.

I work in a building complex, several thousand employees, with a very large shared cafeteria and they offer: brown sugar, raisins (two types dark and light), Cinnamon, coconut, and maple syrup. I personally use brown sugar and the raisins.

I think that most folks are going for the oatmeal because they perceive it is healthy and they can control the amount of sugar being used. I have never tried chocolate with it but for me it would really defeat the purpose. If I am going to add chocolate to my oatmeal I might as well get a scone or a doughnut!

Personally I think brown sugar and then dried fruit seem to make the most sense.

Well, I know this is another idea, but it would be great if Starbucks sold the oatmeal in retail stores with all the toppings!!  I love it!  I would also like some granola with berries and nuts!  Mmmmmmm!

I just tried he nut medley for the first time yesterday and it is fantastic! The dried fruit are also great, though a little too sweet for my taste. In response to Suite210s comment that chocolate would make the oatmeal unhealthy - I say that a homeopathic dose goes a long way! 100 calories of dark chocolate is one of life's greatest indulgences, and it's filled with antioxidants.

I knew you didn't want to know. Stop asking questions if you aren't going to come back and have a conversation.

Our oatmeal is good with banana.Since a lot of our stores sell bananas,it is a great idea if we recommend it to guests when they purchase an oatmeal.

Frankly,I think it is one of the best products Starbucks came up with.We never had a complaint about oatmeal.Customers love it!!!The most popular flavor though is  dried fruit medley.

I love the oatmeal with the nuts and fruit blends - with the brown sugar, of course.  Fresh banana is great with oatmeal.  Also, it would be nice if you had two sizes.

How about oatmeal topping composed of flax seeds or wheat germ to add more fiber, texture, taste and omega3?

I love having the choice to add or skip the sugar!

I love to put all three toppings in the oatmeal, though I decrease the amount of brown sugar.  Frequently, oatmeal tastes more like the packaging than anything else, so I was reluctant to try the Starbucks version.  But when I did, was I surprised!  It's absolutely delicious, and when it has the nut and fruit medleys along with a little brown sugar added, it's hearty as well.  I often end up ordering a second cup of it!  Healthy and tasty--Bravo once again, Starbucks!

Dried fruit and nuts are my favorite.  Keeping the sugar content down.  Please see about increasing the volume of fruits &/or nuts that you provide.

Thanks for putting oatmeal on the menu !!!

I tried the oatmeal today. I saw the sign 'perfect pairing' on the door, but, being clueless, asked for oatmeal and coffee. That cost more than the oatmeal and latte ($4.10 rather than $3.95).  The barista should have told me what the 'perfect pairing' option was.  I tried all three toppings. The nuts were not fresh.... that was disappointing. I would like more options that would add real protein to the meal, such as boiled eggs or string cheese, for instance.

How about Tall Grande and Venti sized oatmeals.

Please start selling the oatmeal and toppings in stores.

I love the dried fruit topping mix!! it seems fresher than most dried fruit you buy. It would make a great snack. Please sell it! Also, can the perfect pair come in a larger size drink?

I love the Perfect Oatmeal from Starbucks. I eat is every day for lunch. I love it with brown sugar and the nut medley. I don't like raisins at all, so I don't eat the fruit medley. When I buy fresh blueberries I put those on instead of the nuts. That is the best. Oatmeal with fresh fruit (almost any kind of fresh fruit).

I know the container says "perfect" oatmeal but there's been a problem the past few weeks at several of the Starbucks where I get oatmeal - too much water, not enough water, water barely warm.  It's frustrating when you go through the drive-thru and are down the road... absolutely love the dried fruit and the mixed nuts - don't even need the sugar with the fruit mixed in.  Oatmeal is your best idea yet, just don't know what is happening in the "adding water" preparation!

I tried pairing and had a couple of bad experiences with your oatmeal.  At the ATL airport concourse B, I was given dry oatmeal with very little water, but didn't discover it until I was on other side of airport.  Then at Irvine, CA airport gave oatmeal another try and it was watered down.  Probably won't try the oatmeal a third time.

You want to know what i did for my oatmeal for the past couple days?? Well i did regular oatmeal topped with banana slices and pieces of crushed graham crackers. Another day i put apple chunk slices in my oatmeal with a bit of caramel syrup and more crushed graham crackers. Both were delicious combinations! I think those are good ideas
