Well I have been a Starbucks fan for many, many years and have to have my fix almost daily ! Not too long ago I switched to decaf with just a splash of regular for health reasons. I must say though that I am very disappointed that the only decaf option now is House or Pikes. I love a bold coffee and want Samatra, Verona or any of the stronger ones back in decaf ! Please do the cost savings elsewhere. Please more options..don't forget about us die hard basic coffee drinkers  who just want a really good cup of coffee...and maybe a cookie ! Thank you

YES! Congratulations!! You are the best coffee. And I can tell, because at least three days a week I can't get to a Starbucks and when I drink Starbucks again I can taste the difference. It's the only coffee I prefer. And evey barista is friendly and helpful. WAY TO GO STARBUCKS!!!!

I love our local Starbucks.  The employees know my wife and myself and have taken the time to learn what we drink and even the time of day we have it.  In the morning, I need a Redeye after my workout and the afternoon/evening, I get a regular coffee.  They even know how much room I like at the top of the cup for half and half.  On the road, I enjoy the consistancy of always having a good cup of coffee.  Thank you Starbucks.

I usually stop at my local Starbucks drive through in the mornings and get my venti vanilla latte with 8 pumps of syrup. Sometimes I get a delicious breakfast sandwich. Everything is always great. I even go to Starbucks for lunch 1-3 times a week. A caramel frap is always a great afternoon pick-me-up. The one time I've had to deal with customer service, the lady was very helpful and went above and beyond to make a satisfied customer out of me. (I already was, I was just aggravated about something.) So, not only do you have the best coffee (trust me, it's 300% better than DD - theirs is always bitter, and I don't go there often but the couple of times I have, I always manage to get a cold sore on my lip. Ick.) , but you also have unbeatable customer service. Congratulations on your award! It's well deserved.

You hang in there because while the coffee is great, it's more than the coffee, going to Starbucks is a "happening"...the rich coffee aroma when you open the door...the mutitude of choices you have for a "pick-me-up"...and the chance to sip on a cup of coffee while relaxing with the newspaper...and if you look hard enough, there will be something positive in that newspaper too. Starbucks can make your day...

mmmm, I love my Starbucks!  I am a gold card holder for a reason, I'm there everyday - can't go without!  Even my nutritionist agrees that my SKINNY Carmel Macchiato is a benefit to my health.  Congrats!  Can you please bring back the Caramel Dulce De Leche?

I live in a remote part of Florida and will travel 35 miles to get Starbucks coffee (brewed & by the pound) at least once a week.  It's worth the trip!!!

Besides great coffee and tea drinks, both hot and cold, it's nice to be served by friendly and intelligent servers all of the time in clean and inviting surroundings. That is Something that absolutely no other chain can say.

Starbucks you have great products and some of the most enjoyable and personable staff.  MY Starbucks is located at Madison and Manzanita in Carmichael, CA.  It seems the entire staff knows me by name and knows my drink/s.  In fact, I tease them they need a button with my name on it! :)  I wanted to commend you on how professional but yet personable your staff is and I totally appreciate that fact.  God bless you! :)

No surprise.  Starbucks has been number 1 with me for over 15 years.  When Starbucks came to my town, I was so happy!  The rest of the world followed and found out that Starbucks is the greatest coffee.  There are those that do not agree with me and that is okay.  I always challenge them to tell me why and try to change my mind, but so far I am still a Starbucks fan and always will be.

I was introduced to Starbucks coffee nine years ago. I was hooked and have not desired for any other since.  Starbuck's widespread and constant appeal should be commonplace everywhere, if not already.

Starbucks employees have the best personalities. Until several years ago I went to Einstein Bagels for coffee and bagel every morning monday thru friday here in Denver.

I now go to Starbucks monday thru sunday.  The employees are the best asset to Starbucks. The music is great also. Starbucks has become a household symbol of a place to go with friends.  Hangout and chat or to have a meeting.  When I go to the cabin outside Estes Park, Co.  Friday thru Sunday I always call friends  there and we meet at Starbucks. There are many other places one could go but we all prefer Starbucks.  I do think the coffee is strong but with a little added hot water it is great. If it wasn't great, you would not be in business. Well done my friends...

Not exactly sure what blend changes may have been done to your standard drip coffee but it tastes less bitter and more mild but still with a full body.  I hope this revived business model of not resting on past success becomes your new status quo/ paradigm.  Cheers!

This is great news!  I'm happy for the company.  Now if I could just get you to come up with a name for an iced misto so I wouldn't have to say "I want iced decaf coffee that's half coffee and half milk.   No, I don't want a decaf Americano.  Yes, I know that you don't keep decaffinated coffee in the fridge and I also know that you will have to brew a pot as decaf is only served on demand after 10:00."   Work on this, please.

I love Starbucks frapacinnos but sometimes I want one in the evening and they discontinued the caffine-free ones, so I can only buy them in the early part of the day as I am greatly affected by caffine.  I know of several others who have the same problem.  Why can't we have them caffine free anymore?  I sure would go more often if they did.

My husband and I do not care for the Pikes Roast. We wish more stores had other roasts available, particularly airport stores.

We do LOVE the 24 oz French Press menu addition. This is a great value for an excellent rich cup of coffee.

I usually choose Starbucks over other options and just naturally go there first, so on a recent vacation, I just naturally went to Starbucks, where I was told they didn't sell decaf iced coffee.  My thought:  how strange that the company that started the whole "half-caf, mocha, latte, w/a twist of this and a dash of whatever, etc." couldn't do a decaf iced coffee.  So I went to another shop that had no problem filling my order.  I repeatedly went back to that shop for my entire stay while I was on vacation and didn't go back to Starbucks at all.  I spent quite a little bit of money that week on coffee.  Just thought you'd like to know.

I, too, cannot let a day slip by without a trip to 1 o f 2 *bucks close to us even if it's 100 degrees...ridiculous  I work out of the house so I use that excuse to get out for a dose of reality in the afternoon.  If's also rewarding after surviving weekend grocery shopping...ridiculous, as well!  Grande drip, no room...pleeeeeeze.

Can't start my day without my tall nonfat latte. What's so great about star bucks coffee is, it always tastes the same. No matter where in the world you go you know you'll get a great HOT cup of coffee. Keep it up. BRAVO!

kuddos on the coffee front! i know there a many starbuck naysayers, but i adore the chain for its superior java and also for providing a welcome oasis of calm pretty much wherever one goes around the usa and beyond...it's kind of like the comforts of home outside of your current or home of origin, without the pressure to leave! don't change!

I can't believe what a difference your new equipment makes in the taste your the expresso coffee products.  We will only use stores that have the new expresso makers.  I know what a snob I am, but what once was a great drink is now a perfect one!    Also please bring back the collectible Bearista Starbuc Bears!!

I do like Starbucks, but as an European coffee lover I have to tell you that your coffee tastes a bit burned and is highly overpriced. Take a look at our economy...how can you justify charging that much for a simple latte???? I'll never understand it. That's just pure greed. Sorry, but that's how I and pretty all of my friends feel.

Our favorite place to stop and get refreshed, wish we could on a daily basis.  Love the pastries as well as the coffee.  Our fav is the Breakfast Blend for home brew but MY favorite is the Java Chip Frapachino for a special treat - yum .  Congrats on being #1, well deserved honor.  

Starbucks disappoints me.  As someone who likes coffee but can't have the caffeine, Starbucks has made it increasingly difficult to frequent the place.  Caribou and Saxby's are far more accommodating.  You may have won because there are so many more of your stores than most fast snack restaurants combined.  You are a coffee place.  Why not show it by making frappachinos in decaf (frappachino lites would be especially nice) and iced coffee in decaf?  If you promoted a decaf frap, "they would come."  I sure would far more frequently than I do now.

I love Starbucks. When my husband and I go on vacation, we seek out a Starbucks. Sometimes it is quite challenge. We are hikers and are around the mountains alot. Not to many Starbucks there, but if there is one we always find it.

I subscribe to the Washington Post in the DC area, and they have a Post Point scheme where you can  redeem points for various products at businesses around town. But Starbucks is not on their list of participants. They say that they are adding particpants all the time, but Starbucks either doesn't want to participate or they haven't contacted Starbucks to ask if they want to participate. I'm a Starbuck coffee drinker a few days a week, and I would love to be able to redeem my points at Starbucks.

My analysis long ago pointed to Starbucks as the best coffee. I make a pot of Starbucks every morning for the enjoyment of all in my home. Of course, if I am out of the house or on the road I always seek the nearest Starbucks for my coffee fix. I wouldn't drink anything else!
