I am probably the most boring current Starbucks Gold Card Customer. Every day I order the same thing: a Grande bold (no room).  I can't get started without it!

What is the exact way to make a latte.  In the store close to my

home I always need to ask for foam.  Should I always as for foam

with my order?   Please reply.

Starbucks is very good and it is wonderful that you have won best coffee but you should have a frequent coffee card, for every 10 cups get one free, not just free refills if you stay in the store.  Free refills should be available all day at any location.   Give us a break

Starbucks coffee is consistently on the money. Sure, once every 20 cups seems past its prime - a rarity - so what.

I wish something could be done about more seating in the stores. Also, it woul;d be nice to place a discreet sign on each table limiting stays to a reasonable period, e.g. 30-45 minutes, particularly in book stores. I often walk out because of marathon loungers.

I have been a Starbucks fan since Starbucks was conceived. My office was downtown Seattle and I fell in love with Hazelnut Latte's.  as a thank you to ALL of us who are such dedicated customers....I think you should reward us!....Thank you for being there!

I agree that Starbuck's is hardly "fast food", but with lame attempts by traditional fast food chains to capitalize on market share I can see a vague connection.  Don't get me wrong, the coffee is good, but I am willing to (and clearly do) pay more for an excellent Customer Service experience.  The fact that the crew on 1st Ave in Seattle screams "Norm!" when I walk in makes for a great experience as well.  Ok, they don't scream.  But they do know my drink and that makes me feel special.

I love Starbucks...their coffee is almost always fresh and good.  They hire cheerful people and helpful, too.  Long live Starbucks!

I have been a Starbucks fan for years and spent many a time in locations in he DC area.

I am now spending a lot of time in Oklahoma and find the coffee is consistanly the best and the service/staff is particularly pleasant at your Tula Utica Square location.

Keep up the great offerings and brews.

My wife really enjoys the coffee at Starbucks, so we go there often.  Also, while in the Philippines for several months we were frequent guests of Starbucks and enjoyed the cold drinks.

Starbucks was (and is!) a "special treat" when we were on vacation, but now it is an all-the-time treat in my own kitchen because we buy all our coffee there, too.  We love the choices we have!  No wonder Starbucks was voted #1!

My usual Starbucks is in Richland Township Gibsonia, PA.  Doug is the manager & I know almost everyone that works there.  I love going every day & being treated like a friend.  Mary, Ray, Amanda, Darlene, Red, Jim....many more names that I haven't officially learned yet...they treat the customers as friends & not just customers.  I actually miss them if I skip a day.  They are wonderful people with amazing personalities.  Who would've ever thought that a cup of Chai Tea could bring so much enjoyment to a persons day.  Please be sure to pass on a HUGE "GREAT JOB" to all of them.  They are the main reason why Starbucks is such a successful operation!  Especially in Gibsonia...Thank you for reading my comments and please pass them on.  Kerry (Allison Park, PA) aka Venti No Water Whole Milk Chai!!!HAHA

I am not a straight coffee drinker, as some friends have termed me a "sissy" drinker, so the continued drink innovations is what, for me, is most appealing.  The coffee and other drink combinations are invigorating, tasteful, and well priced.   I use my gold card for all Venti drinks and the drink lasts me all day.  In spite of the competition, your company continues to perform well.  The sign of a well run company with a great product.  

Congrats to Starbucks - my husband  and I tried the new McDonalds coffee - they claim they are better than Starbucks - WRONG!!!!!  It was so bad that we actually threw it away.

I've been dismayed in the past by reports or surveys that showed MacDonalds or Dunkin Donuts had the best coffee. It's clear that those surveys were done among people who are not fans of the bold flavor and full roast of Starbucks coffees.  They like the watered down flavor they were used to for years. I am sure that if those surveyors did blind tastings among those of us who believe Starbucks is THE BEST, Starbucks would win hands down every time with a huge majority, maybe approaching 100%. There really is no comparison.  

Congratulations to Starbucks!  I promote Starbucks as much as I can.  I hope that Starbucks continues to be an innovator in beverages.

I love my Starbucks Store in Delray Beach Beach Florida. They cater to me and treat me nice. I love their products. A little expensive but I do away with something else to give myself that treat and meet nice people each day. Its a pleasure to have such a nice store here in the area a place to go by myself and recoop and recharge.

Starbucks is the only place I will go for coffee...I go everyday! Thanks for making my mornings so great!

Besides just liking the drinks, I feel comfortable coming into any Starbucks in any city and ordering.  I know it will be what I am familiar with and done correctly.

I couln't start my morning every day without Startbucks. I'm such a dork that I even have the Starbucks App on my Iphone.  It's nice driving up to the drive thru and know who I am. They even have a lid with whip cream ready for my dog.

Starbucks will always be #1 for convenience in my book but the best tasting coffee I've ever ever had is Newman's Own Organic and I wish it was available at a (any) chain coffee place...soooooo good.

Documentation/ paperwork used to be the only part of my job I disliked. Now I visit Starbucks three or more times/ week to do that with a frappucino, latte or pairing and it is the BEST part of my day.  I LOVE my discounts, gold card and coffees. They are ALWAYS fresh, predictable and lucious!

I do wish the instant VIA and bottled frappucinos were available in decaf. Someday?????

Starbucks deserves any and all recognition and praise it gets.  Starbucks products are the best.  And the Salem, Oregon baristas are awesome.  In fact, they are the best part of our Starbucks runs.  And that happens almost every day, so the barista gang knows us by name and by what we order.  Thank you for making the world a cooler place.

I LOVE MY STARBUCKS!!!!!!

I stop by 2 different locations everyday for my favorite drink; a venti latte with 3 pumps of hazlenut and 3 pumps of vanilla. My version of french vanilla. There is NO other coffee shop that has anything nearly as tastey.

I go to Starbucks every morning before work. My drinks in a Venti Vanilla latte, when it is cold I purchase the Hot vanilla latte and in summer it is cold. All of  the employees all know what my drink is.

This is such great news!  Congratulations Starbucks!  I love the new breakfast pairings that are now available.  They are priced right and are great for on the go people like me.  If I could have one wish though, I would wish for you to bring back the delicious Blackberry Green Tea Frappuccino's you used to have.   I love the people that work at Starbucks, especially the crew at the 99th and Lower Buckeye store in Tolleson, AZ.  They are always happy and friendly.  Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!  Angela, in AZ

I have noticed a deterioration in Starbucks service over the last few months in a number of my local shops especially with drive throughs. Longer wait times are happening and not so engaged and friendly service that I expect.  No drink coupons offered for messing up orders or taking a long time. It is evident that proirity go to the drive thru....  and that comp service drinks are discouraged.  The music being played is not comforting amidst the blenders whizzing for all the summer drinks ordered in the drive through.  If I need to sit for awhile I find my self going to other coffee shops lately.

Your coffee is addicting and so are the chocolate croissants but the Guilford and Madison Connecticut stores  never seem to have them available.  I often see plain but not chocolate.  Any reason for that?

All of a sudden  those of us who have registered cards are not given a free refill for plain iced tea.  Why?  Because its summer?  If we can have a free refill on a cup of coffee all winter, why not iced tea in the summer?  It certainly costs Starbucks less than coffee.  So, no more iced tea for me - I'll just put my coffee on my own ice.

Starbucks is indeed the best coffee.  However, I now have a Keurig coffee maker and cannot get Starbucks K-cups.  I heard it was being test marketed but not the results.  Are there plans to introduce Starbucks in K-Cups?

My husband and I thought we would try McDonald's coffee drinks. What a MiSTaKE, $6.10 out the window. We both threw the drinks in the trash right in front of the manager and left!

We are staying with Starbucks! We both bleed Starbucks green!

I consider Starbucks a true example of a company that lives, breathes, and fulfills the custmers' expectations of quality and reverence for honest business practices.  It's refreshing to see that they do not waiver from their promises to their customers.

Keep up the great work here and around the World, Starbucks.  My cup is over-flowing from their example!

I travel the 4 largest counties of southern California, I'm self employed and my work involves my laptop and internet access to perform my inspections. I stop at numerous Starbucks throughout my areas to settle down and complete my paperwork  and inspections on- line and rest, while enjoying  a wonderful hot Venti Vanilla Latte or an occassional tasty hot Venti Apple Cider.  The staff is very professional and friendly and it makes me enjoy my time there.  Thank you to all the Starbucks in So Cal area :)

The only coffee I drink is Starbucks.  Fresh ground every morning at home, late afternoon venti wth a double shot on the weekends,  I even got my work to by Starbucks!  Congrats on being recognized for what I already knew.

Our Starbucks is a very friendly place to hang out.  It's like a second family to us.

STARBUCKS IS THE BEST....I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE SAY I WON;T PAY THAT MUCH FOR A CUP OF COFFEE....AROUND 1.50 FOR A GREAT  CUP INSTEAD OF 1.25 FOR A CUP OF HOT BROWN WATER.......HUMMMMMM

My favorite is a "Breve Latte". I like simple and rich. I cannot remember the long, complicated drink orders. Good coffee and half and half. MMMMM.

Whipped cream is also always welcome.

The people at my Starbucks *Victor NY* are sometimes the nicest people in my day. Which is surely at least a part of what fuels my need (want?) for my peppermint hot cocoa in the mornings.

Super Congrats! My favorite Coffee place Starbucks on Route 206 in New Jersey keeps me fresh and charged for work each day and has fresh coffee every time. Their effort pays off in the true reflection of coffee served right. I love fresh Starbucks Coffee - make it a Vente!

Wonderful, of course we all knew Starbucks coffee was the best, so is the entire Starbucks expereince. I love my local store and the partners there...they have made my day on more than one occasion! Keep being fabulous. Oh! Even my dogs love Starbucks. If I mention the name my Rottie dog goes crazy, spins around and jumps up and down like a goofball smiling all the while, really is a sight to see.   The Lab took her Starbucks cup and threw it at me the other day while we were in the car...subtle

I love my Starbucks!!!  The staff at the Starbucks I go to most often is awesome.  They all know my name, they all know my drink and they know if it's really hot a want a different drink.  And they let me show them pictures of my new granddaughter and never complain.

Congrats!  When my doctor told me to cut out caffene,  the worst thing was, You don't have a decaf Chi.  Those in my situation should try a decaf white chocolate mocha, no whip, (or it is almost impossible to stir in the healthy shake of cinnamon), with lo-calsweetner, to taste.  Hot or iced, it comes very close.

Starbucks is the only way to start a day. The staff at the store I go to is incredible and make my day almost has much has the great Carmel Macchiato they make for me daliy. Great job!!!!  San Pedro and Paseo del Norte

I love Caffinefueled's idea about saving her change to put on the gold card.  Also, I think it would be great if Starbucks had punch cards-a free drink  for every 10 drinks purchased.  

Glad to see you guys are getting some much deserved recognition. Please ask your partners NOT to SLAM the covers on the blenders when preparing drinks. It can really ruin a gentle morning cup of joe. Also, please please please make Pike Place Reserve Blend available somehow, I'm dying for it.

Gotta have my tall fresh brewed every morning and my tall unsweetened iced with a cranberry scone every afternoon!  And don't get me started on the Java Chip Ice Cream - I cried when it was off the market for a short while (lost 5 lbs!) - but the ice cream AND the LBs are back, so YEAH!

Lets keep it simple: Hands down consistently the best coffee you can buy.

Starbucks is one of those things, along with cell phones, PCs, and the Internet that have changed how we live.  It serves in so many ways.  On an average morning, mothers have support groups, tutors and students hold language lessons, a sales team plans the day's calls, students cram, writers write, readers read and everybody drinks great beverages to a soundtrack of all genres.  It is what its founder intended it to be--the kind of place in which the best coffee could be appreciated.  Bravo!

I never even started drinking coffee until about 4 years ago. Now I am totally hooked on Starbucks! Congratulations and keep u the good work!

I have been a gold card member for the past 7momths and have been disapointed with the changes that have occured. I have enjoyed lattes but since you have introduced the new machines I have found the drinks to be much weaker. I am in the process of switching to Peets coffee shop because their drinks are stronger. You store is closer to my home but the difference in the drinks is causing me to drive further.
