We love starbucks, but, for the next 2+ weeks we will have to do without. Why, because you have choosen to have no stores in the only  democracy in the middle east, Israel. Why Not, maybe you can't stand the heat from the Arab world, I think so.

I know how marketing surveys work; and whether you purchased it or not, it's a great marketing ploy to get in the category of  Fast Food.  For quite some time now, "fast foods" have been trying to blitz your market - Coffee.  And at best, they are cheaper, but lack the quality or craftmanship.   Not to mention the ambiance.

So I have a slogan for you:  to be used on T- shirts, posters, cups etc.

"No thanks!  I'm saving myself for Starbucks"

I appreciate the products and the fact that the company takes care of its employees with health insurance. Because of the good service, and good products I am happy to visit my local Starbucks and I just recently signed up for a Starbucks card.  KUDOS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.

Starbucks is the one guilty pleasure I will not give up.  I have had to cut back, but I will not let go!  I have tasted some of the competitions attempts to "best" Starbucks, and they need to stick to what they do best and leave the coffee to the masters!!!

I regularly hit 3 different locations over the course of a week of work and travel, and there's a barista in each one that knows my drink, and that just makes me smile!  If they see me in line, I don't even have to order...they just make it!  THAT is service!  And always with a smile!  I LOVE STARBUCKS!!!

I get so tired of people saying Starbucks is a waste of money! Its comfort to me and I am hooked have been for about 5 years now. Vanilla Latte in the fall and winter and Carmel Frappucino  in the summer months. Cant imagine life without you!!

Congrats to the BEST coffee. I've been a Starbuck's lover since they opened their first store in the Vancouver WA mall. I'm now in AZ and thank you Starbuck's for following me here. Whether brewing at home or stopping into your store...there is no coffee better than Starbuck's!

Very good indeed!  Congratulations on your success Starbucks. I have always enjoyed your house blend. Always satisfying. My favorites are the GOLD COAST and the SUMATRA blends. Gold Coast is amazing and not always easy to find (but I do). We enjoy your product mostly at home with a fresh grind of whole beans and a brew. Good luck and continued success!

One suggestion: When I DO go into your shops for a cuppa, maybe you could consider offering some GLUTEN-FREE pastry treats and products to go along with for those of us who can't tolerate all that wheat.

Just a thought! peace.

As a shareholder I am so impressed at how aggressively Starbucks has fought their way back to the top. The coffee tastes great! I especially like the new instant for travelling and was forced to leave the rest of my Viva in Bristol (UK) with my friends. They are unable to purchase it there so not I HAVE to send it to them or I don't have a place to stay next time I visit. The above compliments apply to the Starbucks stores only. The franchises within various stores and the airports (especially Bristol, UK) leave a lot to be desired.

Congratulations Starbucks for being #1!  Just another reason why you shouldn't close the Madison, GA store.  Where would we Madisonians go to get the #1 best coffee if this happens?  Are you seriously going to make us drive to Athens (30 miles away) for it?  Please save store #11351!

Way to go, Starbucks!  You are the best in the coffee world.  Having been in the Navy for 24 years, I am quite familiar with coffee drinking.  Having consumed many cups during many patrols in submarines we did not have the many options that you provide.  My family and I have made a practice (on our vacation trips) to stop at all the Starbucks we find at our destinations.  Although most prefer the lattes and frappecinos, I love just drinking a 'tall' coffee.  I also commend you on your marketing.  It shows that you want to invite the consumer into your store and offer him/her the best coffee in whatever form they like.

Thanks!

Love my Starbucks.  I wish you had uniformity of products accross the world.  I was disappointed that I could not get a Toffee Nut Latte in the Netherlands.  Disappointed this morning in Salt Lake City to learn that the SLC stores do not sell Starbucks Instant and don't make breakfast sandwitches :-(

Not happy with the closing of stores in my area. I would have paid more for my drinks to keep the stores open in my area. Drinks are already a dollar more because I live in Hawaii. (go figure) A good product, worth the money, but your thoughts were with investors, not the customers or employees.

I'm glad Starbucks is still around in this economy, but have been saddened by the discontinuation of the decaf mocha frapp mix.  I used to come in a couple of times a day for one. I have been a long time consumer of your green tea soy lattes. They are fantastic! ...or were...now that you have messed with the formula by adding more tea and no melon syrup -you have ruined their taste. Why in God's name would you take a good thing and ruin it? Why would cutting out the melon be a cost cutting event when it requires syrup? Is  a bottle of Classic less expensive than the Melon? With McDonalds breathing down your neck - why would you alienate a once loyal Starbuks consumer who was spednong $3.50 everyday at one of your 4 locations in San Juan Capistrano? I just do not get it..what were you thinking?  Every employee that makes my drink -when I do go for the poorer formula -agrees with me. They cannot figure it out either. Someone high up needs to know that you have made a cut that drops the quality of your product.  Prove to all of us green tea drinkers that you get it and go back to melon syrup and less macha. Show us that you REALLY DO CARE about your customers and not just the bottom line!

Congratulations from a loyal Fan!  I love Starbucks so much that I bought three of your special coffeemakers (both Magnifica and Rialtos) for my home, and my husband's and my office--and I and my co-workers make lattes, expressos, americanos and breves--with your flavorings of course--with Starbucks coffee every day.  When we want to splurge, we go out and order coffees from your store!  I run conferences all over the country and before contracting with a hotel, I ask if they sell Starbucks and about proximity to a cafe--I am teased unmercifully by my clients about my addiction to Starbucks!!

I go to Starbucks every day.Their drinks are very good.I am not a Coffee drinker, but I will drink Starbucks coffee because it actually tastes good thanks to adding great syrup to quality coffee. Mix hazelnut with chocolate syrup, topped with whipped cream, and you have a winning cup of tasty coffee. The iced teas are very good.I don't think anyone really beats them on it

I've drank S'bucks for YEARS! Of all the changes that you've made, serving Pike as you EVERYDAY fresh brew SUCKS!

After several attempts to drink it, I can't. I'll do without if that is the only choice.

I love your coffee, also your oatmeal. I am trying to eat heart healthy and it would be a lot easier for me if your stores offered 1 percent milk to put in the coffee or the oatmeal. Right now, I have to sort of guess by mixing skim and whole. Also, I would welcome additional heart healthy food items, such as the oatmeal. These could include, for example, whole wheat rolls. Another important factor: keeping things low sodium. I had a heart attack in March and want to live long enough to keep enjoying your offerings. Your customers must include hundreds of thousands, if not millions, in the same situation. Thank you very much. You know how to contact me if you wish.

Starbucks has captured the taste, the feeling and the store fellowship.  I almost never miss a day and average 10 visits a month.  Several years ago I had my daughter go on line to find Starbucks along the long route I was travelling.  She map quested me into 3-4 stores.  I spent a 10 hour drive without ever having an emply cup.

Starbucks has added international flavor to the all American drink.  The people are great and I look forward to my trip to Starbucks every day.

Hey, Starbucks is the coffee for me - whether it's a quad venti iced espresso or an evening decaf- it is good stuff.  Must say don't like the Pike's Peak and it seems to be the 'main stay' daily coffee.  Also, your breakfast sandwiches as well as your oatmeal as are great.  Go starbucks.  Keep the owner's philosophy going.
