Happy August!  Lots happening on MSI.  Last month we launched several ideas – Mini Starbucks Card, healthy food options, treat receipt, reusable totes, and Strawberry Vivanno.  Thank you for your continued involvement in shaping the Starbucks experience.

I hope the changes in the inbox happen soon. I hope under review means action soon and not more meetings about how to implement it. Please!  How about the suggestion of a cumulative savings record for gold card users?

I am a Gold Card member and buy A LOT of coffee drinks @ Starbucks and have auto renewal.  Isn't there some way you could develop a program for your gold card holders to have a buy 10 get one free type of  incentative.

definately the reuseble bags will be a hit--more and more people use these bags on a daily basis.  Make them nice and unisex, offer some that have our coffees on them, similar to out mugs, simple ones that people can use for work and play, etc.

Am a Gold card member and would give anything not to have one more plastic card in my wallet. A Gold card for the keychain would be an improvement, but the very best would be the ability to pay EVERYWHERE with the new iPhone app. I know it's being tested, so hoping for great success -- or alternatively, a keychain Gold card.
