Hi everyone, My name is Adam and I work on a team called Digital Ventures. One of the areas that my team oversees is StarbucksStore.com. For those of you who might be unfamiliar with the site, StarbucksStore.com is an e-commerce website where you can order whole bean and ground coffee (including Starbucks VIA(Tm) Ready Brew), tea, brewing equipment, music, gift options and even Starbucks branded gear. Hey there, it’s Brad from the digital team at Starbucks. I’m writing to you today as I get ready to leave for a two week road trip across the U.S. and Canada. "Report Abuse" feature - now live on MSI
Hi there, I wanted to share with you a site feature that just launched - Report Abuse ! So far, the community has done a good job of staying focused primarily on ideas, but from time to time some get a little off track. We have now provided an MSI abuse reporting function on each idea. Once logged in simply click on the link under the idea and it is flagged to the MSI moderators. If you see some unacceptable language, spam, something is miscatgorized - it is now easier to let us know! Thanks for your help in keeping us focused on generating ideas! Cecile
Want your Starbucks Card Balance without a Receipt? Read on!
Hello again, this is Jeff Carroll from the Starbucks Card team, here to share some exciting news about our POS (point-of-sale) system. Many of you have asked for this and today I’m proud to say that we’ve delivered it. When checking your Starbucks Card balance at the POS, you no longer have to print a receipt! Now when you want to check your Starbucks Card balance, you will have the option to print a receipt or have your barista tell you your balance.
