Love those tumblers! If they were out by Xmas I would buy one for my kids teachers and everyone in my family. Cannot wait!

Great to see some of the ideas mentioned being implemented, but there are some ideas that have been floating around for a bit and no action has been taken. For instance- free refills of iced tea for those of us that stay in the store. I thought this one was being considered.

I would like to know how many "YEARS" it takes for starbucks to post Store Hours on there website??? it didn't take long for you to post "VIA™ Ready Brew" for the stores on the website, what about Store Hours?

@chevykid & purple1 - We're working on listing the store hours online. Currently we don't have a central data base that houses this information. Store hours are determined by each individual store. This idea has been shared with the Starbucks.com team and it is on their list for site enhancements. We'll let you know on MSI as we get more information on this project.

@sbx_bean - At least you should get the 24 hour stores on the website since there are very few of them. that should be an easy task, even if the I.T. dept had to do it manually!

Another good idea that seems to have been lost in the pile- having licensed stores accept both cards. Yes, to this idea. Also, what is the status of getting free refills of iced tea for those people that stay in the store? Another idea lost in the pile?
