The first time you use your Visa® card to reload your Starbucks Card with $25.00 or more using the Starbucks Card Mobile app, you’ll receive a $5.00 bonus, for a limited time. 

If you have not downloaded the Starbucks Card Mobile app from the iTunes app store, you can do so by clicking here.  If you already have the Starbucks Card Mobile app on your iPhone or iPod Touch, all you need to do is reload your Card (using a Visa® card as payment).  For Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the Starbucks Card Mobile app, please click here.

Why is this offer only available to people with the SB card mobile app? Certainly, an offer like this can be made to those that do not have the mobile app?

Why is the Starbucks Card Mobile app only available to Apple customers?  What about us BlackBerry and other smart phone users?

We haven’t forgotten about you guys! We’re currently focused on fine-tuning the Starbucks Card Mobile app to ensure the best experience possible across multiple mobile platforms.  As always, updates will be posted on our Ideas in Action blog.

With regard to the question about reload incentive promotions, we’ve done them in the past and will likely continue to do them sporadically in the future.  This particular promotion is specific to the Starbucks Card Mobile app, but stay tuned for other promotions in the future.

It would be nice if you offered promotions at the same time across the board for all to participate instead of having different groups waiting for their time to come. Doesn't that just make people annoyed?
