Within 5 minutes of receiving the tweet that mentioned this, I was at my nearest Starbucks...they had had them a couple of days ago...suggested I look on line...they're not there either!!!  I'm bummed!!!  

Today's my birthday, was hoping to get myself a special gift :-(

a few stores in my area are already sold out, but i am a happy customer who snagged both Grande and Venti sizes earlier this week.

I had to go to two stores to get the Venti size, but found it and I'm happy.  However, I'm still waiting for replacement straws!!!!  Please make more straws and sell them separately.

your post is a couple days too late - they are already sold out online (by 11/19 at 7am when i checked) and all the stores in the DC area were sold out by Tuesday morning!

So happy that the cold cups are back, but why not introduce the DOME lids with them!  I love the cold cup, but miss having my whip!  PLEASE work on getting DOME lids out!!!  Thanks!!!

Ok these cold cups look good. Let's get back to the basics and fix the current lids on the cold cups so they don't fall off or leak!!!!

Love my cup, however, I would like to be able to purchase just a straw for it.

These cups were sold last year and they went so so fast, I didnt even see them online or in the stores.  It should have been know that if promoted again they would be gone.  These should be sold year round.  I looked for them online and I dont even see them offered as we were told.  I wanted the venti size.  Looks like I am going to miss out again.

oh wow pammiesue...where did u find the cups...i tried last yr and couldnt get them...I tried everywhere this year and could even get one...and I dont even see them online...

The reusable cold cups disappear so quickly!  Please stock more... especially the Venti size.

These cups are also ( but just not promoted ) just fine for hot beverages as well.. Have been using mine for my morning coffee for almost two years now. No structure compromised what so ever. Being an insulated cup keeps coffee hot and even warm 3 + hours from purchase.  A missed marketing venue.

Our small town store never had these... just looked at the Starbucks.com site, and they aren't there either. I was really hoping to get a couple of these for Christmas gifts. Did I miss something in trying to find them or are they already gone? If the later, big bummer!

If Starbucks is really listening, they will bring back the 10% discount that Gold Members are losing.

I've been trying to find a 20 cold tumbler since they first came out.  I go to at least 10 different Starbucks stores in 4 cities across California and NOT ONE ever has them in stock.  The clerks simply say that they had a few on delivery morning and that they sell out in a couple of hours.  I looked at other people's comments and it seems that everyone is having the same problem -- no product available.  Start listening to your customers!   Starbucks likes to say "Oh, yeah.  We're listening to you", but the customers aren't seeing the results.  Wake up you guys or I may take my business elsewhere.

This is great, but it would be really nice if the "Venti" reusable cold tumbler was ACTUALLY a venti! I'm so disappointed that it's 4 oz. short of a true venti. You pay venti prices, despite the fact that it's a 1/6 smaller drink than what you pay for. I've switched to getting grandes in the reusable cold tumbler, because it's a true grande and I then I actually get what I pay for (before, my drink had always been a venti). So it's great that you're bringing these back for those people who don't mind and want one, but any thoughts to make a *true* venti cold tumbler?

There are 2 differnt cold tumblers, Venti and a Grande.  I didn't realize that at first either.  I bought a Grande thinking it was a Venti.  I think they are already sold out of the Venti's with the Candy Cane straw in the Dallas area too!  Please make more!  Maybe sell single straws with different themes for the different holidays!

Yaaaaay!  I totally lucked out and found two Venti size (candy cane straw) cold cups--snapped them up w/o even blinking!  PLEEEEEEEEEEZ package and sell variety-color replacement straws for both venti & grande cold cups--I know I would buy pkgs. in both sizes in a heartbeat, since the straws are the first thing needing to be replaced (although they're very sturdy)... thanks for offering the cups   in the winter, not just summer.  They're DEFINITELY the most-used cups in our home! :o)

I have looked at 4 stores and online only to be shutout everywhere.  Christmas is getting close and this is the one thing my wife wants.

I just bought the 20 oz cold cup and I always get whipped cream on my iced drinks - is there a place in stores or online to purchase screw-on dome lids for this product?  

I love these tumblers!  They sell so quickly and are hard to find, but I did find some at one place I stopped at-bought 4 of them-2 large, 2 small.  I thought the same thing as MrsAsp above-I always get whipped on my fraps, and a dome-shaped top would be a great idea.  

Loved that you brought these back, however, a bit disappointed that the only difference is the candy cane straw. I gave these as gifts to all my friends who were collectors of the basic ones first launched and they all commented that you should have incorporated the holiday design more on the actual tumbler itself.  If you continue to bring these back, it would be fun to actually change up the design on the tumbler to make them more collectible, just like the mugs. Just an idea for next year.

I saw the cold tumblers in the Medford area around Thanksgiving but in the 5 Modesto area locations (and 2 in Madera) I have not seen any.  Were these launched regionally?

I want one and my local store has been out of them since the middle of December!  Anyone know of a store in the Central Illinois area that still has them?  Please....

Please work on bringing them back again! I saw them around Christmas and asked for one, but when people tried to go buy them, they had already sold out. I know of others that wanted them too and didn't receive them. Please PLEASE up production so those of us who haven't been able to buy one (and refuse to pay $40 on eBay) can finally join in the fun! Any chance you can give us an update on when more might be arriving?

I bought one of these for my wife and she loves it.  The only problem is that she lost the straw.  I cannot find a replacement straw anywhere online.  Is there a way to order just the straw?  Thanks!

So where were they?  I want to see more of these...everyone who sees mine LOVES it...and it's so practical!  I never saw one of these....why does the ugly, non useful stuff fill the shelves and the stuff that is fabulous get canceled.  I hope to see more of these....

I did buy 4 of the Venti cups for holiday gifts when they were available back in November. Unfortunately somebody dropped mine so it broke this morning and I am devastated! I just searched and found that they are now selling for $80 on Amazon.com! Starbucks, please-please-please bring these back! We all love them!
