Starbucks Coffee

unfortunately, with all honesty, i would rather eat cardboard than any of the cookies at the local starbucks.  they are all very hard and dry, just like biscotti (which i also cannot stand).

in my very quiet opinion (okay, maybe not so quiet), i'd rather see either a locally baked cookie, or that gluten-free orange cake back.  i am not a gluten-free person, and i loved that thing.

i understand starbucks is trying to get on the healthy band-wagon, but you guys have got to give a little.  please?

I think it's great that the molasses cookie is back..except it's in your Pacific NW stores.  I wanted to coment about that issue, overall, anyway.  It's really disheartening to be in one of the largest cities in the U.S. and so remote from all Sbux-Seattle.   There was the promise of the Clover expansion, and therefore, ideally, I was hoping, the ability to have small batch coffees (Yirgacheffe, for example)......that never happened to the extent we were told and expecting.  (2 stores in all of Chicago land)  There seems a  giant divide bewteen Seattle-Sbux and the rest of the country....in many ways.  

So, I applaud the return of this cookie, but this is another Seattle scenario.   I'm just a little frustrated with the big difference.

I am so excited about this! The molasses cookie was always a favorite treat of mine, so I was somewhat disappointed when it went away. But it's back! What I like about it, besides the great taste, is that there are hardly any crumbs when you eat it. The cookie holds together, leaving no mess to worry about!
