VIA Ready Brew is now Available in Grocery Stores

Hi Everyone,
It’s Jenn from the Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew Consumer Products Group.  I am excited to announce the launch of Starbucks VIA® in U.S. grocery stores.  After hearing our customers ask for greater availability of Starbucks VIA®, we have been hard at work to expand distribution.  Now you can find it where you buy groceries, as well as at your local Starbucks café.  We sell packages of 3, 8 and 24 count Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew.  Please visit StarbucksVIA.com for a list of participating grocery retailers.

We hope this makes it easier for you to enjoy a great cup of Starbucks® coffee during those moments in life when you don’t have time or access to brew a full pot.  Stop by your local grocer and let us know what you think.

As always, thank you for sharing your ideas and thoughts with us on My Starbucks Idea.  Please keep them coming!

Sincerely,
Jenn Wong

Basically I tried this product and like it so more availability is a good thing. For me it is not about when I do not want to brew a full pot (sounds like some of your standard marketing language for the product). I use it at the office where our standard coffee is horrible but I can get hot water from the same machine. It is a maxwell house machine that appears to use a liquid mix that is mixed with hot water and then dispensed. So brewing a pot is not possible as we cannot have separate appliances in the kitchens or cubes.  So I use your product instead.

At the office is a great place to enjoy VIA.

Via is okay for instant coffee, but give me the brewed stuff anyday.

It's not a good idea. We have all this pressure to sell via 24/7 but yet, when people can get it cheaper and at a more conveinence somewhere else, GUESS what. They will.

which means, no reward, or anything for partners who are missing out.

thanks starbucks.

I agree why would they buy from us when they get it cheaper at Target or costco??
