Coconut Mocha Frappuccino® Blended Beverage Now Available at Barnes & Noble Starbucks Cafés

Hello, my name is Pamela and I’m one of the MSI moderators representing the Food Service team.  My role as a territory manager is to work with Food Service operators who offer the We Proudly Brew Starbucks program at various locations including hotels, hospitals, office buildings, resorts, colleges & universities, and Barnes & Noble too.  Barnes & Noble is one of our early We Proudly Brew partners who have been offering many Starbucks® beverages at their store locations with Cafés for almost 20 years now.

We’ve noticed a popular idea on My Starbucks Idea:  Bring Back the Mocha Coconut Frappuccino.  I hope you’ll be able to swing by one of the 700 Barnes & Noble Cafés soon to enjoy a Coconut Mocha Frappuccino® blended beverage --which will be featured exclusively there through August 30.

Sipping one takes me away to a tropical and relaxed summer state-of-mind.  I think the sweet & smooth mocha is perfectly complemented by an exotic coconut accent.  It sure will make my summer even more enjoyable!  Hope you’ll adore it too!  I look forward to hearing more ideas from you.  ~Pamela

So the coconut syrup that we were told is in the works will only be available at Barnes & Noble?

I think it's great that B&N will have this but then, why not Sbux???

Does that mean after August 30th it will be available in ALL Starbucks?

which, if 8/30 is true....why bring this out in the fall, as opposed to the summer?

I like that you listened to us about wanting the coconut back, but I really dislike that it's only available at Barnes & Noble locations. I normally go to Starbucks between 5 and 6 a.m. -- Barnes & Noble isn't open then. I really wish that you'd have this available in all Starbucks locations so everyone could get it! When the caramel brulee was available I went EVERY day to get that ... and probably would for coconut, too.

I agree with the fact that limiting this to Barnes and Noble limits our guests requests. We would love to feature this flavor at the Licensed stores.

So let me get this, if I want coconut, I have to go to B&N, but they do not honor my rewards card...hummmm  But one lovely thing is, get caramel drizzle on top and it will taste like a girl scout Samoas cookie, no?

Well I guess being able to get this at B & N is better then NOT being able to get this drink at all. It's one of my favs, and I am in B & N almost every weekend. BUT it can't be that big a stretch just to go ahead and KEEP this on the menu at ALL Starbucks everywhere. Coconut is not really a seasonal flavor afterall...  : o )   Thanks for listening!

If Barnes & Noble won't take my rewards card, then I'm not interested.

With so many people wanting this product why would you limit only to B&N? I don't want to buy a book, I want a coconut mocha. Ridiculous.

I just recently went to a barnes and noble and discovered this drink...ahhhhh I love it. Please extend the date past August 30th. Even better, make it available in the starbucks stores so I don't have to drive 20 min out of my way to get one!! I even called the starbucks around where I live to see if they made the mocha coconut; only to find it was dropped a few years back. :( The gentleman on the phone even said that HE thought starbucks should bring it back. Come on now. Do it.
