Hi, I must be the stupidest Berry user on earth if I cannot figure out how to get your Blackberry app to display my card's barcode.  And there isn't a single FAQ which says "How do I make a purchase with Starbucks Card mobile?"

My card shows up and the balance is correct, but I cannot see a barcode.

How long will it take to finally get the app for Android phones?

I second the request to make an app for WebOS.  We have a huge community of developers who would probably be happy to lend a hand if you need extra resources.  I can point you to where these communities reseide if you'd like.

I'm in the same boat as cfischer69. I do not have a barcode displayed and can't find anything about it in FAQ. Please help!

AMEN. Finally some respect for Blackberry. I am a die hard user that will never switch to another platform. So I am off now to try out your app.

Hi All – Thanks for the feedback!  We will add BlackBerry Torch to the models we are reviewing for future support.

If you would like to learn which stores accept mobile payment, at the menu, select Payment Trial > Participating Stores - you can search by zip or by address for mobile payment stores.

If you want to try mobile payment, at the menu, select Payment Trial > Enable Payments – this will enable the barcode functionality - you will see the word “Pay” on your home screen, right next to your balance.

Why no Android app?  That would be a great addition as well.

I see that the IPhone app works in Canada but the Blackberry one does not.  Will the Blackberry app be available in Canada as well soon?

Thanks =^.^=

I third the request.  Take a look at any article about android growth compared to the other major cell platforms.  I think that you are missing a HUGE boat here.

I have relatives and many friends that are Android users who would love a Starbucks app to locate stores and pay for purchases.

I have just looked at my Blackberry App World, unforutnately, there's no such app for Starbucks. Would you be able to provide a link to download it from the BlackBerry App World or when would it be available?

I have a Storm 2 and tried to download the Starbucks App however I keep getting the same message, "We're sorry, your mobile device is not supported at this time".  Any ideas what the problem could be?

Another Android user here voting for that platform next! Yay for adding platforms instead of sticking with just iPhone, I can't wait to try it on my Android phone!

Android will soon be the most popular platform.

I also vote for an app, which should come next.

Congrats on going multi-platform.  I hope Android will be next.  I would use an Android app all the time.

In case you haven't heard, Android is already leading in new smartphone sales, in the US and internationally, and analysts like Gartner are predicting it will be the dominant platform in just a few years.

I have downloaded the app for my Verizon Blackberry Tour and love it.  Thanks for developing it for my Blackberry.  Keep the good things coming.

I also agree that instead of mailing me a card for my free drink just add a free drink to my card and save the paper / postage.

Please upgrade this app to work with the Blackberry Torch!

BAT Box

I loaded it as soon as it was released and think it is a great app.  Since then I had to replace my Blackberry (with the same model) and I can not log in with the app on my new phone.  I sent 2 emails to the support email addy and finally after 3 weeks got a response asking what model I have.  It has been 2 more weeks since I responded and still no response.

What is the point of launching an app if you are not willing to support it?  Very poor support on Starbucks behalf...

It would also be helpful if the app worked with the Blackberry Bold and Torch, not just the other models.

Has there been any progress regarding support for the Blackberry Torch?  My local cafe just installed their readers, and I'm dying to stop carrying my card around with me all the time.

dinotrac

You list Blackberry 8820 as a compatible phone, but my attempt to install it results in a "your device is not compatible" message.

Is that right?

Could it be related to the fact that I don't have a data plan?

Shouldn't the app install and work over wi-fie, given that most, if not all, Starbucks offer wifi hotspots?

Blackberry Torch.  When will you have the mobile aps

I have downloaded and gotten the following error message when trying to run the app from Blackberry Torch: "Error Starting Mobile Card: Error Loading Module 'Mobile Card' Verify Error."  I don't know what that means but I do know it's not working on my torch.
