1. Since it’s the seventh year that the infamous latte has been out, it had to of first came out in 2003.

2. I’d describe it as the one beverage that captures the season. Flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, a hint of nutmeg, a bit of vanilla – all the flavors you’d find in a pumpkin pie. Pumpkin Spice Lattes are like a hug from the fall season.

3. Pumpkin Spice Lattes take me back to years past. Cool weather, boots, knit scarves, running around town to track down a store with fire logs still in stock and curling up with a Pumpkin Spice Latte held in my hands, while reading a book. And PSL’s take me back to my childhood memories. Watching the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, picking out Halloween costumes with my mother, eating pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin I helped carve.

4. I can recall the exact year. It was 2007, in October. I had become hooked on Starbucks’ lattes that year and was anxious to try every flavor they came out with. Since fall is, and always has been my favorite season, I instantly fell in love with Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

I think it was the year before I entered college in 2007 or 2008. I am always willing to try new things when it comes to coffee and I like to mix things up. I knew I wanted to try it and I am glad I did. I think my mom tried it next and we were both hooked. Now, every fall, I try to get one at least once.

2. I would describe the Pumpkin Spice Latte as a smooth, warm, tribute to the flavors of Fall. Not only is the flavor of pumpkin present in the latte, but there are hints of cinnamon and nutmeg as well.

3. Pumpkin Spice Latte's remind me of crunching through the leaves after school to go to my local Starbucks. I would sit in that cafe for hours sipping my latte, being warmed with every gulp. It became a staple of the season for me. At the end of every summer I would return to Starbucks every day hoping that the Pumpkin Spice Latte would be back on the menu.

4. I tried my first Pumpkin Spice Latte at a local Barnes and Noble cafe in October 2008. It immediately became my all-time favorite drink. It practically kills me every time they remove it from the menu. This year, I heard through the Twitter mill that the Pumpkin Spice Latte had returned, but was not officially on the menu. Naturally, I got in my car and dashed to the nearest Starbucks. I asked the barista if the rumors were true, and with a surprised expression he said, "Yes! Where did you hear that?!" Nothing gets between me and my PSL.

2. It starts off creamy, like the first bite of a warm pumpkin pie and finishes off with a little kick, like when you use your fork to break off a piece of the slightly browned crust on the bottom.

3. Autumn is my favorite season, so ordering a Pumpkin Spice Latte reminds me of falling leaves and windy days.

4. Several years ago... I'm a sucker for "NEW" or "LIMITED EDITION" items. ;)

2. The latte is really smooth and has a distinct pumpkin flavor.  It is not too sweet, the main sweetness comes from the whip cream, so you can really appreciate the warm and deep taste of the pumpkin.  The hints of nutmeg add a really soothing touch to the overall flavor.

The latte evokes a desire for fall.  You drink it and can't help but daydream of strolling through a forest surrounded by tree's with leaves that are bright red and orange.  Or also sometimes I daydream of picking up coffee with family and friends and then going to the farmers market together.  The latte makes me feel warm and toasty inside both literally and figuratively because it brings to mind all these happy memories :).

4. I tried it a couple years ago and loved it immediately! I'm so glad its back this year again.

1 - this is the 7th year of the Pumpkin Spice latte.  This year marks the 7th year, so it was introduced 2004.  Fall of 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 would be year 7.

2-  I would describe Pumpkin Spice lattes as Autumn's best friend.  It is a sip of warmth and brimming with all the flavors that the season is about.  Pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet cream are definitely present in the drink.  To me the drink whispers spice,  warmth, love.

3 - Pumpkin Spice lattes remind me of everything I love and miss about Fall on the east coast.  I lived in PA for 25 years and just recently moved to AZ, needless to say there is not much Fall weather in AZ.  Fall is my favorite season and what I miss the most about PA.  

So ,to me, every sip of Pumpkin Spice reminds me of home.  

It brings back memories of beautiful fall foilage, pumpkin patches and tossing a football, crisp spicy air, warm kitchens with pies baking and cozy sweaters and boots!  

4- The first Pumpkin spice latte I had was in the fall of 2007 or 2008.  It has been a seasonal must for me since then.  I love spiced or pumpkin baked goods and this is a perfect companion!

1. The Pumpkin Spice Latte was born into the lives of Starbucks lovers everywhere in 2003. In its Grande Size, it is a whopping 16oz and nestled in a little brown sleeve to be taken home and enjoyed daily. We couldn't be happier with this bundle of joy.

2. Pumpkin Spice is that purr you make after the first sip of the season (yes, you know what I'm talking about). It's the perfect blend of sweet and spice, topped off with delicious whipped cream (when prepared as the good Lord intended) and kissed on top by sprinkles of Pumpkin Spice.

3. The Pumpkin Spice Latte reminds me of family. You're without it for a good part of the year, but when it finally comes around again it reminds you of how wonderful the Fall is. Sometimes it burns you at dinner (or lunch or breakfast) but for the most part you do a good job of keeping it in its place.

4. In 2006 I experience happiness in liquid form for the first time. Since then Pumpkin Spice has directed me into this unnatural excitement for pumpkin flavor and has inspired me to, like Starbucks does, flavor things seasonally. This year for the first time I will be making pumpkin pie from scratch and you better believe I'll have a Pumpkin Spice Latte (maybe two) to set the mood.

It would't be Fall without PSL's from Starbucks.

I first tried a Starbucks Pumpkin Latte in fall of 2008.  A coworker bought me one, and it was better than  I ever expected! Just thinking of it puts a smile on my face!

2. PSL is fall-in-a-cup.  It is just sweet enough with the perfect balance of pumpkin flavor and spices.  It's best hot (as most pumpkin things are) but tastes great iced also!  A little whip cream and spice on top finish it off perfectly.

3. PSL reminds me of my Nana's pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving- Pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg... the perfect ending to the best meal of the year.  PSL takes me to that day with every sip!

4. I never tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte until last year but it is now my favorite season beverage.  Sometimes I even get a little PSL sauce in my Pike Place Roast!  It's the best flavor to compliment Pike, in my opinion.  I wish Starbucks served it year-round!

It's a rich creamy, slightly sweet for pumpkin, with a hint of fall spiced blend. Reminds one of leaves falling, those last nights by open camp fire, getting ready for a hay ride or pumpkin patch trip.

Fall. Trips with the kids to the pumpkin patch, evenings sitting on the porch swing soaking in that last bit of sun just as the cool air settles in. And all the preparations leading up to Thanksgiving.

My first PSL was two years ago, ordered one day out of sheer luck..just needed something to warm the bones and calm the nerves after a very stressful morning at work..before the rest of a crazy afternoon in meetings...walking back to my work..I just felt the stress melt away and all the comforts of life surround me...love it..keeps me going until mid December when I get my peppermint latte..best PSL was in NYC last October..from the Starbucks inside of Macy's department store.. I think 3rd Floor..the manager made it himself..delicious! As always.

(1). The heavenly Pumpkin Spice Latte was introduced to our hearts in  the fall of 2003.  (2). I describe this amazing drink as Pumpkin and Spice and everything nice sorta like girls and women... A little bit of this and a little bit of that cinnamon, nutmeg, the rich oraoma of sweet smelling spices. One word sums it up "Yumminess" (3). Pumpkin Spice Latte reminds me leaves turning yellow and orange like the sweet spices that our tongue gets to taste.
