Hello! Sarah here, from the Merchandise team. I’ve noticed many questions and/or comments on MSI pertaining to our City Mug series. Whether or not you are a collector, many wonder if their hometown is worthy of a Starbucks® City Mug. I’m here to shed some light on a customer favorite. When did the series start? City Mugs were first offered by Starbucks in 1994. From 1994 – 2007, the mugs weren’t as consistent as the ones in store today. Each varied in design that suited its respective market or city. The Starbucks Digital Network in Stores Now

The Starbucks Digital Network, in partnership with Yahoo! is now in stores. As announced on June 14 the Starbucks Digital Network is a complement to our free Wi-Fi service. The network offers a selection of premium news, entertainment and local online content – all for free! Visit a participating U.S. Starbucks store with your Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone, connect and you’ll automatically be directed to the Starbucks Digital Network. You'll be able to access the online subscriber version of WSJ.com, get free iTunes downloads, enjoy sneak peeks from unreleased books and find out what’s going on in your neighborhood. Launching Today – Buy a Friend a Drink Remotely

Hello, We work on the web development and design teams and have been working on the Starbucks Card App for facebook. Starbucks launched the Starbucks Card app back in May to bring you the ability to manage your Starbucks Card on Facebook. For the past couple of months, thousands have checked their balance, reloaded their Starbucks Card and viewed their My Starbucks Rewards status – maybe you were even one of the first to check it out! Last month the first grocery store kiosk with our newest design direction was unveiled in Phoenix, Arizona. Within a small space this kiosk showcases simple, yet beautiful materials which include reclaimed flooring material and steel with recycled content. Starbucks Shared Planet design efforts are consistent with our retail stores such as LED signage & lighting. This first installation represents an exciting step forward.

You asked for it and it’s finally here – a dome lid for your Starbucks® Cold Cup to keep that whipped cream on your drink nice and fluffy.
