The Starbucks Experience that you know and love on land will now be available for the very first time at sea. We are so thrilled that when Royal Caribbean International’s new Allure of the Seas, the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ship, sets sail for the first time on December 5, 2010, it will do so with a fully-operational licensed Starbucks store.
Now, more than 5,400 passengers from around the world seeking signature made-to-order espresso beverages will have to look no further than their neighborhood Starbucks on the bustling Royal Promenade in the center of the ship. The location will feature the full Starbucks® beverage menu, including seasonal espresso and Frappuccino® blended beverages, select food items, and the complete collection of Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew products.
Our relationship with Royal Caribbean dates back nearly 10 years through a Foodservice agreement with Seattle’s Best Coffee that still exists today. Seattle’s Best Coffee is served fleet-wide aboard Royal Caribbean’s cruise ships, including in Allure's signature specialty restaurants and main Adagio dining room.
