MSI Idea Partner Holiday Gift List

Happy holidays MSI community.  As many of us our doing our last minute shopping, the MSI Idea Partner team gathered a list of Starbucks items that are on our shopping lists.  Let us know what your favorite Starbucks gifts are.

sbx_slon: Sue from our Global Responsibility team recommends a Starbucks Travel Mugevery time you use it you get $0.10 off, and you save a cup.  Plus it keeps your drink hot or cold much longer!

sbx_dgar: Diana with the Register Systems team just purchased the Huxley the Mouse Ceramic CupIt comes with a cute little mouse on the top of the handle and a sweet verse inside.  We are hoping it encourages our 3 year old picky eater to drink her milk and feel like a big girl at dinnertime.

sbx_M007: Mary from the Grocery team recommends Peppermint Mocha Ice Cream….it’s great for your Holiday feast with friends and family.  Make it your new Holiday tradition.  It also makes a great hostess gift.

sbx_cind: Cindy works on the Technology team.  She likes the Christmas Blend whole bean coffee. It’s great for a cool, wintery day to warm up your family and loved ones while sitting by the fire.

sbx_acol: Andrea from the Partner Benefits team likes the Starbucks VIA Christmas Blend, it is not only great to carry around in your purse, but also give to friends this holiday season as something yummy and warm for those cold and snowy days!

sbx_bdub: Brendan from  the Internal Communications team likes a tray of Cranberry Bliss Bars. I bring them to all my holiday parties. Not only do they taste better than my cooking, I don’t have to deal with any dishes! Now THAT’S what I call bliss.

sbx_jobs: Jeremy from Recruiting likes the Coffee and Biscotti Gift PackWho doesn’t like to dip their biscotti in some yummy coffee!?

sbx_lizw:  Liz from the StarbucksStore.com team recommends New Hot Cocoas on StarbucksStore.com. The Salted Caramel is delicious!

sbx_geva: Gabby from the Learning and Partner Development team likes the Starbucks Cold Cups with the Candy Cane Straw because even in the winter, iced green tea is delicious!

sbx_sspe: From the Merchandise team - Sarah’s pick: Red Eileen 8 Cup Press -  No matter the time of year, a coffee press always makes a great gift (and the best cup of coffee).  I love the art deco feel of this one.

sbx_mher: Michelle from the Business Systems team says A great Starbucks gift for the holidays are a tray of the Polar Bear cookies from the pastry case.  They are not only super cute but taste delicious!  They make a great treat to take to anyone who could use an enjoyable sugar boost.

So many new moderator faces. Where is Sally and Erich Ho? :(

Lots of great ideas there.

Mary - I love ice cream and want to try the Peppermint Ice Cream but I'm having trouble finding it and I'm here in Seattle.

Diana - I think all the Huxley themed merchandise is pretty cute too! Great suggestion.

Andrea - The Christmas Blend Via is a perfect suggestion. Can be a stocking stuffer or a gift. It is my favorite of the Vias!

Nice see all of you, and thanks for the suggestions. My own suggestion would have been a pound of the Espresso Roast Chrismas Blend - That is a fabulous coffee.

Well!

I am a die-hard lover of the cranberry bliss bars but THIS YEAR the peppermint brownies have replaced them in my heart!  I just think  they are as exquisite as the espresso choc. covered macadamias by that 'Squirrel'- ey brand which is so cute and I cannot think of!  They are also divine.

I really MISSED the annual date book that I've been getting the past couple yrs., and writing and writing in.....did not see that anywhere this yr. BUT, as what I think is a beautiful gift for my niece and her fiance, I got the "2" book..."How will you create something together?"  I think it's beautiful. I feel pretty sure they will fill it with their thoughts and memories.

and, I have to say:  the peppermint mocha ice cream has been not easy to find here either, in Chicago.  But, I did find it and honestly, so disappointed.  Either I got a bad batch or this is just the way it is:  I can taste zero peppermint.  zero.   It just tastes like java chip to me.  I'm anxious to hear a few more opinions.  I love peppermint and chocolate but I just didn't find it in this ice cream.

and,

Merry Merry Christmas!!!
