Hi MSI community, My name is Justin and I work on the My Starbucks Rewards program . Our team has noticed an idea that continues to get a lot of votes here: earning Starbucks rewards based on the number of items you buy rather than the number of transactions you make (as it is now). The idea of earning more Stars for spending more makes sense. It’s a system that would have an appealing logic if our main focus was to encourage you to spend more, but that’s not really our goal. At Starbucks, our rewards program comes from a different philosophy. Many of you told us here at My Starbucks Idea that you wanted Starbucks® K-cup® Packs . Well, we listened and K-cup® Packs are now available where you buy groceries and at StarbucksStore.com . Have you tried them yet? What’s your favorite? They come in six coffee and two tea options. The team has been looking for your K-cup® ideas and we're currently vetting a decaf option . Cake Pop Love

After months of arduous development work in the Starbucks test kitchen, we believe to have finally married our love of chocolate and raspberry into a single treat. The new Raspberry Truffle Cake Pop is truly the perfect union of this love. You will experience the blend of dark chocolate cake, raspberry jam and buttercream hugged together by a rich chocolaty coating and a touch of red raspberry-flavored powder – all on a stick. Recycling Efforts at Work for New Store

We recognize that recycling cups in Starbucks stores is important to the MSI community and the team is working hard on this idea . The store design team is also doing their part to help with recycling. Check out this recent project of one of our designers. The Reclamation Drive-Thru is just one step toward our goal of universally building all new company-owned stores to be LEED-certified. This store was inspired by a desire to help keep items used throughout our supply chain, like old shipping containers, out of the waste stream. Starting today (February 21) you’ll notice something new about our Pick of the Week cards: they’re not just music. We’re expanding our free music download cards to include apps and more from iTunes.
