We’ve heard from iPad users on My Starbucks Idea that you could view the site, but couldn’t share a comment or an idea.
That’s not cool. The MSI website was launched before the iPad® and therefore the code was not compatible, but we’ve recently done some work on the site, and you can now share your ideas and comments. The fix has made the site compatible with newer web browsers, too. Yay!
Thanks for your feedback. We have a wish list for future enhancements to the site, which includes providing better overall user experience on your mobile device.
