To Juice or Not to Juice?
One of the hottest topics right now in health & wellness circles is the debate brewing around how to juice. But in my opinion, there really is no right or wrong way – rather there is only your way. What works for me may not work for you. That’s where the Evolution Fresh™ juice ritual is different. This juicing program is more about what you want to get out of your juicing journey. It’s all about individual goals. My juice ritual goals are to significantly increase my intake of nutrients, minerals, enzymes and vitamins; to intentionally interrupt my normal … more »

Less Cups, More Savings
A top suggestion on My Starbucks Idea has been to focus on offering recycling in stores. We've made some strides here , but also have found alternate ways to reduce cup waste and encourage more people to bring in their own reusable cups. This month, we were happy to announce a great new way to do just that. We introduced a new, reusable Starbucks cup! We first tested this cup in stores in the Pacific Northwest , and it has been a hit. We’ve sold lots of cups and we’re giving out more personal cup discounts – about 26% more compared to last year. We certainly hope this cup has a similar effect in the rest of the United States and Canada! While we’ve sold reusable mugs … more »

The new oatmeal may only run you 280 calories, but with 7 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, you’ll have no problem mustering energy to complete all of those other resolutions. Ski lessons, here I come! For those of you who were loyalists to our … more »
Say Hello to Our New Vanilla Spice Latte
Even though the holidays are over you can still enjoy the warmth and joy of a tasty beverage this winter. Inspired by your ideas and last year’s success of our international partners in the UK and China, we’re excited to bring the delicious flavor of Vanilla Spice Latte to North America. It’s our pleasure to introduce a unique blend of espresso, vanilla and sweet cardamom spice to give you just the right amount of indulgence to unwind after the busy holiday season. If not, you may be surprised to learn that it’s a very versatile spice which has been used around the world in … more »
