To Juice or Not to Juice?

One of the hottest topics right now in health & wellness circles is the debate brewing around how to juice.  There are a lot of different opinions and sources out there from fasting to detoxifying or cleansing principles.  But in my opinion, there really is no right or wrong way – rather there is only your way. What works for me may not work for you.

That’s where the Evolution Fresh™ juice ritual is different. This juicing program is more about what you want to get out of your juicing journey. It’s all about individual goals.

My juice ritual goals are to significantly increase my intake of nutrients, minerals, enzymes and vitamins; to intentionally interrupt my normal diet patterns, forcing me to really think deeply about “what I want to eat” instead of “what I should eat;” and to do something I feel is good myself.

For me, juicing is about self-reflection and resetting my nutritional compass. For added sustenance and a little healthy fat, I added a simple dinosaur kale, avocado, olive oil & fresh lemon salad for dinner to my three-day journey. The salad relieves my fixation on “chewing”. So the question on the table is this: is juicing the right path to support your own wellness goals?

Kevin you will live to be 100 because you eat so well! Not me.  Not into what I "should eat."  But, I want to thank you for Evolution Fresh.  I totally love your carrot juice in the stores - the hint of lime makes it so delish!  And that Kale Salad with rice and lemon tahini dressing is tasty that I forget I am eating well. I love the Southwest Scramble in the mornings too.  Thank you Evolution Fresh for the good and healthy food. ~Melody
