A New Panini with Whole Grains

Last November, MSI community member Betsy12345 asked for a Panini on whole wheat bread. At the time, I couldn’t say anything more other than we were looking at some flavors … but now I can say: Betsy, your idea is a reality!

Our new Turkey Rustico Panini blends turkey, smoked Swiss cheese and baby kale with a caramelized onion Dijon jam adding a delicious burst of flavor. These ingredients are sandwiched between a whole-grain focaccia topped with a blend of poppy seeds, amaranth and sesame seeds. Seriously yummy!

You can enjoy this new panini at our stores that offer warmed food.  Give it a try and let us know what you think!

This is my new favorite panini.

However, more care needs to be taken in the even distribution of the Dijon Onion Jam and all of the other contents. This is a premium sandwich that deserves to be assembled with pride and care for maximum enjoyment.

I really like this new panini! It's delicious and hearty! Though I'm not sure that that picture you have (in this article) really represents what it looks like in the stores.

No, it doesn't look like that.  But it is good.  The Dijon onion jam really makes it.

LOVED finding this sandwich on the shelf the other day! I'm in the middle of a fitness challenge to build lean muscle and therefore eating foods high in protein so I was so happy to find that this sandwich is not only really good and healthy for you but packs quite a protein punch! Bravo!!
