
Looking through your comments, we noticed something. There are some of you who like to add Hazelnut syrup to your Caramel Macchiatos. And we’ll admit it – that’s a great flavor combination!
But as we considered this idea and experimented in our test kitchens, we realized something: A Hazelnut Macchiato could be pretty dang good on its own. And that’s what we’re introducing today.
Like its caramel cousin, this artfully crafted espresso beverage unfolds into layers of delicious flavors. When I tried one, the first sip was all velvety foam and generous hazelnut drizzle. Next came the rich espresso and steamed milk. The final treat was the gooey mixture of sweet hazelnut and vanilla syrups waiting at the bottom.
Oh, there’s an iced version too. It’s equally delicious, and it looks like art in a glass with the layers of flavors swirling together in the fresh cold milk and ice.
