MSI Unavailable Friday Evening

My Starbucks Idea will be unavailable Friday, October 10th starting at 8 pm PDT for routine maintenance and upgrades. One benefit of this site maintenance is we should see faster load times as you are cruising through the site - sharing your ideas, voting, commenting, and then checking the Ideas in Action section of the site.

Come back on Saturday, the site should be rarin’ to go. We look forward to your ideas. Keep them coming.

MSI Unavailable Late Friday Night

MyStarbucksIdea will be unavailable Friday June 13th from 8p.m. to 12a.m. PDT for routine maintenance and upgrades. These upgrades will help us begin to implement some exciting new features.

Here are three things to do during those hours instead of posting to the site (bonus points for doing all 3):

Go to a Starbucks location that stays open late to find a new idea for this site.
Write info@mystarbucksidea to let us know how much you miss us. Email will still work during this time.
Think about ways to encourage great conversations here at Starbucks. Specifically, think about how to implement this idea and return and report your suggestions at 12:01am.
