&lt;p&gt;Many days the Baristas say that it us dependable friendly good listening ear regulars that make it possible for them to get over the entitled ungrateful never-able-to-please customers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyone with a business sense who reads the business journals (e.g. Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg) and the Starbucks Annual Report knows it is all about the profit and cash flow and that most card holders don&amp;#39;t care.&lt;/p&gt;
