Do you have a favorite new thing at Starbucks? Let us know what you think. Show me selling ads which show a serious board meeting broken up as the aroma from Starbucks being b rewed in the adjacent kitchen, and those serious board members yelling out, 'Move for a 10 minute break" as he and others jam into the kitchen.

Also: The company prez generating that $10 million dollar sales idea sitting back and sipping a steaming Starbucks. "Those wonderful moments with Starbucks pay off."

Lots of similar ad ideas to sell the Starbucks life style of the POWER MOMENTS WITH STARBUCKS. Example: Hujsband and wife, each holding a cup of Starbucks, their hands intertwined and gazing at each other with tasteful love. "Of course, dear, we were made for each other."

And as an aside How about actually posting visible prices on the appetizing food dishes as customers line up for their Starbucks. I had to bend down to chek the fairly low price for a packaged salad dish. Those with xcellent eyesight could probably spot it easier, but I doub t it. The price was reasonable and the salad was good. Being a veteran of Starbucks lines at my favorite stands (Alderwood Mall, Northgate Mall, in the Greater Seattle area, birthplace of Starbucks), I see so many folks ahead of me checking out the food offerings as they wait to order, I know sales would increase if somehow the signs and prices could b e just a bit easier to read...from a short distance.

OK, enuf suggestions for one day. Must say disappointed in current ad campaign which misses the aroma, the delighted sigh of Ah with that first sip, whether hot or cold, or pushes the elegance of Starbucks 'dining' and ambiance of the traditional stand. The ability for clients to learn

Starbucksspeak, the language of Ah, of Delight, of Taste etc

Will get back at u shortly. B ut again, the current campaign I see inmy daily NYTimes is like an ad for clothing, or something, up against the burlap bag background which doesn't get me yearning for a cuppa Starbuc ks right now.

That would certainly be a favorite new thing for me. And now that Starbucks is coming out with beer and wine (and if it catches on), it's time to celebrate this launching with live music at local Starbucks stores. This will also help promote work for local musicians.
